Tina Moran, MSW, LISW-S
Clinical Social Worker/ Therapist
Tina is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) and has worked in a variety of settings since graduating with her Masters in 2010. She started her private practice Tina Moran LLC in 2019 and treats adolescents & adults with anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.
Tina is very passionate about helping her patients overcome guilt, shame and self-esteem issues. In her practice she has found that these issues are often at the core of destructive behaviors and until patients learn to identify and manage them, unhealthy coping strategies continue to "win out". Tina incorporates Brené Brown's shame resilience materials to help patients move through the understanding and healing process. This can be emotionally intensive, but for those patients who have struggled to figure out why they're feeling "stuck" or other therapy or treatment "isn't working" or leading to results, this work is often critical.
In addition to her work with patients on shame, Tina incorporates a lot of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills into sessions, helping patients build distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal communication skills. Tina helps couples work on communication, validation and empathy as a starting point to resolve their conflict. Tina loves teaching her patients skills - it is her hope that by sharing her knowledge of various coping skills, patients can become more independent, successful and build a life worth living!
Tina’s history of working at outpatient and residential treatment programs has given her a wide array of experience and knowledge with complex patients and family dynamics. Her work history includes supporting patients through case management and individual, group, family and couples therapy. Tina balances empathy and understanding with a direct and humorous approach to help move patients along and closer to reaching their goals.

Molly Ganz, MA, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Molly is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDCIII). Molly has been working in the field of counseling for 15+ years. Her area of focus includes treating adolescent and adults with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders (mental health & addiction).
Being diagnosed with a mental health disorder can be scary and lead to feelings of confusion, loneliness, fear, and shame. Molly is passionate about helping patients identify, understand, and accept the symptoms of their mental health or substance use disorders as well as assist in the development of healthy coping skills to better manage those symptoms. Molly feels it is important for her patients to feel empowered to advocate for their needs and know it is okay to ask for help when living with a mental health disorder.
Throughout her experience in working with her patients, Molly has learned that the family often gets left out of treatment while their loved one works on their own recovery. It is so important to recognize that the family will also need support and guidance through this process of their own recovery. Molly loves to support the family in their road to recovery and help them develop the necessary coping skills, communication skills and boundaries to promote healing for both the patient and the family.
Molly incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to assist patients in identifying irrational thoughts that can lead to negative, destructive behaviors and emotions. Molly helps patients challenge and work towards changing irrational thoughts, improve emotional regulation and develop the coping skills needed to reach their goals and improve the life they are living.
Molly has experience in individual, group, couple, and family therapy. Her direct, empathetic approach helps patients discover a healthier, more productive, positive way of life in a supportive and safe environment.

Dan has worked with children and families in school, home, and office settings. Dan has over 6 years of experience working with co-occurring disorders (mental health and addictions). Dan’s approach to therapy is meeting the individual where they are and helping them to achieve the peace they strive to obtain. Dan follows the adage by Irvin Yalom that “everything is grist for the therapy mill”; everyday events can help one to better understand their circumstances and the control they have to manage the current situation. Dan uses a variety of approaches including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and a patient-centered approach to meet the needs of patients. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, attention issues, anger, and strengthening coping skills to navigate life’s transitions. Dan knows the key to an effective and positive experience in therapy is meeting you where you are at, and working together towards wellness.
Dan’s previous work with individual, group therapy, and clinician development has brought him to a place where he is excited to work directly with individuals and families. His intention is to listen to understand and provide empathy in your journey.
